Caserta Steps Aside as President of Spectrum: The head of Spectrum Information Technologies Inc. stepped aside, adding to the uncertainty over the small company that briefly shared the spotlight with former Apple Computer Inc. boss John Sculley. Spectrum said Peter T. Caserta was taking an indefinite leave of absence so he can clear his name since the arrests Tuesday of five men linked to another company he started and recently sold. Caserta could not be reached for comment. He was not named in the criminal fraud indictment of the current and former executives of Paradigm Group, formerly Caserta Group, which Caserta sold in January.
