Chinese Trade Team Due in U.S.

BEIJING — Chinese Trade Minister Wu Yi will lead a 200-member delegation to the United States next week to negotiate contracts with American business people, an official report said Sunday.
The negotiations are planned for Los Angeles and New York around Wu’s annual talks in Washington with her counterpart, Commerce Secretary Ronald Brown. Those talks are scheduled April 13 and 14.
The delegation will negotiate 800 potential contracts.
