Millenia Ads: Mazda has begun advertising its new Millenia on television. The Millenia is a luxury sedan beginning at $25,999.
Irvine-based Mazda Motor of America said this week that the Millenia and the MX-5 Miata contributed to an all-time monthly vehicle sales record in March: 41,145 cars.
The announcement puts a positive spin on what has been a sore spot for Mazda over the past year: the last-minute cancellation of its plans to produce an Amati luxury car division to rival Toyota’s Lexus division and the Infiniti division of Nissan.
