Hansen Natural Corp.: The Anaheim soda and juice distributor reported 1993 profit of $649,945, or 7 cents a share, down 16% from pro forma profit of $776,000, or 8 cents a share, for 1992. Revenue increased 11%, to $23.7 million from pro forma revenue of $21.3 million, calculated as though the company had operated the Hansen business from Jan. 1, 1992. For the fourth quarter, a loss of $6,700, or less than 1 cent a share, was recorded on revenue of $5.9 million. For the like 1992 quarter, a profit of $17,354, or less than 1 cent a share, was reported on revenue of $5.2 million.

Helionetics Inc.: The Irvine technology company reported 1993 profit of $1.8 million, or 12 cents a share, which contrasts with a year-earlier net loss of $2.9 million, or 38 cents a share. The 1993 figure included a gain of $2.7 million from stock issued by a subsidiary. Revenue nearly doubled, to $23.5 million from $12.1 million.
