Legal eagles ready to fly? The music industry rumor mill is swirling with the names of noted attorneys Richard Leher of Mitchell, Silberburg & Knupp, and Gary Gilbert of Bloom, Dekom, Hergot & Cook. Leher, who is co-counsel for the Rolling Stones and represents Pearl Jam as well as numerous top music executives, is rumored to be going to Disney’s Hollywood Records in a top position. Gilbert represents Kenny G, k.d. lang and Clint Black, among others. He is in negotiations to take a key post at Capitol Records under President Gary Gersh.
