SANTA ANA : Registration for Kindergarten Begins
Parents of children who will be 5 years old by Dec. 1 and who will attend school in the Santa Ana Unified School District should register their children now for the upcoming school year, district officials said.
Proof of the child’s age, such as a birth or baptism certificate, is required for registration. Also, proof of immunization for polio, diphtheria, measles, mumps and rubella is required, district spokeswoman Diane Thomas said.
For kindergarten registration times or additional information, parents should contact their local school or the district’s elementary division at (714) 558-5523.
