Richard E. Miller has joined DVI Inc., an Irvine medical equipment financing company, to manage the company’s equipment financing business in the western half of the United States. Miller comes to the company from Toshiba America Medical Systems, where he was vice president of sales. N. Paul Piccirillo has been hired to manage direct sales and marketing operations to hospitals. He was previously a founder and senior executive of Linc Scientific Leasing. Also, Alan J. Velotta has been appointed to manage DVI Capital, the company’s recently created wholesale finance group. Velotta joins the company from Picker Financial Group, where he was vice president of operations.
