Cuban Officials Deny Reports Castro Is Ailing

HAVANA —
Cuban Foreign Ministry sources Wednesday denied reports in some foreign media that President Fidel Castro had suffered a health problem such as a heart attack or brain hemorrhage.
“He enjoys excellent health,” the sources said, adding that Castro, 67, is likely to be present at a special session of Parliament on May 1.
