*** The Young Dubliners, “Rocky Road,” Scotti Bros. Strong pop songwriting and a touch of the traditional Irish music that rouses them at the band’s home pub, Santa Monica’s Fair City, mark this brisk, six-song major-label debut. The dexterous instrumental “Ashley Falls” and Merseybeat descendant “Last House on the Street” highlight a promising beginning.
