Metalclad to Acquire Mexican Waste Firm
NEWPORT BEACH —
Metalclad Corp. said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire a hazardous-waste disposal company in Mexico for 2.8 million shares of Metalclad stock.
At Tuesday’s closing price of $3.13 a share, the deal would be worth about $8.8 million.
