Irvine-based CUE provides nationwide and regional messaging services throughout North America through the facilities of over 360 FM radio stations. The Singapore group, NTUC Voice Cooperative, broadcasts over two FM frequencies there.

In addition to its paging network, CUE markets equipment that increases the accuracy of commercially available global positioning services.

Global positioning is a navigation tool using Department of Defense Global Positioning Satellites to establish the user’s location: CUE says commercial position finding systems are accurate to within about 100 yards and that its system increases accuracy to within five yards. So-called GPS systems have many users including trucking and shipping fleet operators, ambulance companies, police and fire departments, surveyors, and map makers.
