Ingram Micro Appoints Lorna Nahil and Sam M. Atassi to Fill Executive Positions

* Lorna Nahil has been appointed vice president, sales operations for Ingram Micro Inc., a Santa Ana wholesale distributor of microcomputer products. Nahil was previously general manager, commercial finance, and chief financial officer for the distribution services company of Douglas Aircraft, a division of McDonnell Douglas. In addition, Sam M. Atassi has joined the company as director of its Latin American export headquarters in Miami. He was formerly director of products and purchasing for Merisel’s Latin American operation. Atassi was also an international sales manager with Comptronics Inc. in Miami and an international trading engineer with Sarouba Florida Inc.
