Where the Herbs Are

In the April 7 Letters section, Walter Houk asks for epazote sources. I grow it in my back-yard garden--it will self-seed in this climate. Seeds are available from Plants of the Southwest (Aqua Fria, Route 6, Box 11 A, Santa Fe, N.M. 87505) and Nichols Garden Nursery (Old Pacific North, Albany, Ore. 97321). It is a trouble-free plant that could probably be grown in planters as well as in the garden.
