SOUTH-CENTRAL : Wells Fargo Opens Home Loan Center
Wells Fargo Bank is the latest lender to offer home loans in South-Central, following the opening of its first home loan center in the area.
The center at 1030 W. Martin Luther King Blvd. opened Saturday. It will provide only home loans, said Kathleen Shilkret, a spokeswoman for the bank.
“We’re trying to encourage our mortgage lending to that part of the city because it’s a good market,” she said. “
The center is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.
