Business: Tisherman Named Top Entrepreneur

Linda Tisherman has been awarded the Century City Women’s Business Council “Entrepreneur of the Year Award.”
Tisherman is owner and manager of Staff Support, a Los Angeles staffing services company that for the last three years has been on the Los Angeles Business Journal’s list of the top 100 women-owned businesses.
She is also credited with starting a program at Venice High School under which volunteers from businesses help at-risk students develop their skills and prepare for jobs.
