AZUSA : Two Schools Added to Recreation Program

Azusa Community Services Department is adding two facilities to its recreation programs. Beginning July 1, the playgrounds at the Murray and Powell elementary schools will each be staffed by two recreation leaders for daily activities to include sports, table games, arts and crafts, field trips and other special events. The playgrounds will be open from 1 to 5 p.m. weekdays during the summer and 3 to 5 p.m. during the school year. Information: (818) 334-2611, Ext. 336.
