Israeli Planes Attack South Lebanon Bases

Israeli warplanes Wednesday blasted pro-Iranian Hezbollah guerrilla bases in south Lebanon, security sources said.

They said two planes fired four rockets at the Jabal Rafii hills south of Beirut used by Hezbollah guerrillas to launch attacks against Israel's occupation zone in the south. There was no immediate word on casualties.

Two Hezbollah guerrillas were wounded in an Israeli raid on the ridge Tuesday.
