Bill Miller has been appointed to the newly created position of executive vice president for Wholesome and Hearty Foods Inc. in Portland, Ore. Miller has served as a consultant to Wholesome and Hearty Foods for the past three months. Before joining the company, he was president and chief operating officer of Irvine-based Red Robin International for four years.
