BP to Sell California Service Stations to Tosco: BP Oil Co., a subsidiary of London-based British Petroleum Co., said it will sell 128 service stations, four non-operating stations, five vacant properties and a distribution terminal to the Connecticut-based refiner for $82 million. Tosco Corp. will retain the BP logo on the stations, which are mostly in Northern California.
