Trustee Reelected to School Boards Assn.
Marcia Milchiker, president of the Saddleback Community College District Board of Trustees, has been reelected to a fourth term as a director of the Orange County School Boards Assn.
Elected by about 180 school board trustees and 35 superintendents throughout the county, Milchiker will hold the office for another year. The association is the local branch of the California School Boards Assn., a collaborative effort of K-12 school districts and community college boards that support public eduction in California.
A Laguna Hills resident and a mother of three, Milchiker serves on the board of the Women’s Roundtable of Orange County and is past president and founder of the California Elected Women’s Assn. for Education and Research.
