Infotec Development Inc.: A consortium led by Infotec, based in Costa Mesa, has won a contract to study how to modernize Russia’s archaic property records system.

The contract, valued at less than $1 million, calls for Infotec’s team of companies to study how to update Russia’s incomplete property records. The new automated system would be used to register property ownership and collect property taxes throughout the Russian Federation.
