CareLine Inc.: The company said Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of LifeFleet Inc. The deal, originally announced in April, makes Irvine-based CareLine the second-largest ambulance service provider in the nation, according to the company. LifeFleet, which is headquartered in Newport Beach, reported 1993 revenue of $82 million. The acquisition adds four new markets, including Anaheim, to CareLine’s Southern California service. The company reported revenue of $32 million in 1993.
