SUMMER ALBUM ROUNDUP : In Brief

** Randy Travis, “This Is Me,” Warner Bros. Travis shows more vocal sprightliness than normal in the leadoff track, “Honky Tonk Side of Town,” and closes with the fetching story of a small-town eccentric, “Oscar the Angel.” In between, rather than lead as he once did, he seems content to follow the country pack with predictable, two-dimensional material.
