A Bumpy Beam-Out

Re the finale of “Star Trek: The Next Generation”: What a disappointment the final episode was. The plot was inconsistent with the characters’ development of the last seven years. Although it is likely that Picard and Crusher marry, it is unlikely a man who is an expert in diplomacy would fail at his own marriage.
