Kenneth Baerg, Gary Castagnola and Roger Lundy have joined the Newport Beach office of Kemper Securities Inc. as vice presidents for investments. Baerg was a financial consultant in Smith Barney Shearson’s Newport Beach office. Castagnola joins the firm from the Orange branch of PaineWebber, where he was a vice president for investments. And Lundy was a vice president for investments with Prime Charter Ltd. in New York.
