LA VALLETTA : School for Scandal
Alarm at the incidence of high-level bribery and corruption involving governments and big business will be the focus of a biannual conference of European and American justice ministries today and Wednesday in La Valletta, Malta.
East European countries such as Bulgaria and Slovakia will be among the 29 delegations at the conference, organized by the Council of Europe.
