CareLine Inc.: The ambulance service company said Wednesday that it has completed the acquisition of Thousand Oaks-based Pruner Health Services Inc. The acquisition, which was previously announced, establishes Irvine-based CareLine in all five counties in the Los Angeles Basin. Separately, CareLine also announced that it has signed a $75-million credit agreement with the First National Bank of Boston. This line of credit more than doubles CareLine’s current amount of credit, and it will be used to finance acquisitions and as working capital, the company said.
