Everyone Has an Idea About Where Dodgers Should Go for Relief

To reverse the trend of Dodger relief pitchers blowing saves, why not start with a reliever for the first three innings--he’ll give up three or four runs--then, for a stopper, bring in a starter for the last six, allowing the offense to rally and win the game?

Why don’t the Dodgers make Orel Hershiser a middle reliever? When he starts, his limit seems to be six innings. As a reliever, he can pitch three or four and add five years to his career.
