Delino DeShields and Jeff Treadway were activated from the disabled list after Sunday’s game, with the Dodgers sending Garey Ingram back to double-A San Antonio and Eddie Pye to triple-A Albuquerque.

Before DeShields was sidelined because of a cut middle finger on May 26, he had hit .345 with 10 runs in his previous 16 games.

“It doesn’t seem like I’ve really been playing this season,” said DeShields, who has been sidelined for 25 of the team’s 68 games because of various injuries. “I think it’s all behind me now, I really do, and it’s a good feeling.”

Ingram, called up May 14 to provide speed off the bench, ended up starting 20 games at second base. He played well in the field and batted .282 in 26 games, with three home runs and eight runs batted in.

“I’m kind surprised myself,” said Ingram, 23. “I was kind of nervous at first. I learned more playing in games up here and I think it will help me when I go back to San Antonio.”

Jim Gott, who had an appendectomy June 9, is on a rehabilitation program that includes riding a stationary bike and strengthening exercises. He is expected to be sidelined two or three more weeks. . . . Henry Rodriguez made an exceptional diving catch in the fifth inning to rob Mike Kingery of a hit and Kingery returned the favor in the seventh inning when, after hesitating, he made a great catch on the run at the warning track in center field to rob Tim Wallach. . . . The Rockies’ Eric Young, six for nine in the first two games against the Dodgers, walked twice Sunday.
