John O’Rourke has joined Golden West Enterprises Inc. in Costa Mesa as general manager of its financial services division. He will oversee Golden West Auto Leasing, Golden West Equipment Leasing and Golden West Real Estate. Before joining the company, O’Rourke was director of operations of Budget Rent A Car of Southern California for more than 18 years.
