Yields Rise on Two-Year Treasury Notes: Yields on the notes rose in auction to their highest level in nearly three years. The high yield was 6.04%, up from 5.94% at the last auction May 24. It was the highest rate since two-year notes sold for 6.14% on Sept. 30, 1991. The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 6%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,992.60. A total of $17.01 billion in notes were sold out of bids totaling $44.9 billion.
