I. Magnin Chief to Quit: Joseph Cicio, chairman and chief executive of R.H. Macy & Co.’s apparel chain, I. Magnin, will be leaving the San Francisco-based division, said Macy spokeswoman Laura Melillo. Macy hasn’t named a replacement for the 49-year-old Cicio, who has headed the 13-store chain since September 1992. Cicio has worked for Macy since 1976, and had been asking Macy for a transfer to the East coast for about six months, she said. It’s not clear, though, whether Cicio will secure a new position with the New York retailer, she said.
