Nationwide Health Properties Inc.: The real estate investment trust, which buys health-care properties, said it bought four health-care facilities in three separate transactions for a total of $19.7 million. The Newport Beach-based company said it bought two skilled nursing homes in Massachusetts and Washington and two assisted-living facilities in Texas and Oklahoma.
