Non-Government Tenants: T.D. Service Financial Corp., a trust company in Orange, and Cameron & Dreyfuss, an Orange law firm, will be the first non-government tenants in the nearly completed State Compensation Insurance Fund building in Santa Ana. The two companies signed seven-year leases valued at more than $10 million for about 70,000 square feet, according to Doug Garrett, a broker at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services. The state plans to occupy 43% of the 216,000-square-foot building and will lease out the rest.

American Brewing Co. in Hawaii has purchased a 75,000-square-foot business park in Lake Forest for $3.4 million as an investment, according to Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services in Newport Beach.
