* Susan Gallagher, Jurgen Heymann, Joan Isenbarger and Jawahar Malhotra have joined StarBase Corp. in Irvine as part of its technology development team. Gallagher was previously with the Enfin Technology Lab of Easel Corp., a supplier of application development systems. She has more than 11 years’ experience in technical writing, training, systems analysis and programming. Heymann joined StarBase after three years as a product technical manager with CACI Products Co. in La Jolla. Isenbarger was formerly with Symantec Corp. in Santa Monica, responsible for technical manuals and on-line help. Before that, she was with FileNet Corp. in Costa Mesa. Malhotra was previously a researcher at Aarhus University in Denmark and a software engineer for Meta Corp. in Boston.
