Economy Expands 5.3%: The economy grew at its fastest pace in 10 years for the fiscal year ended March 31, the government statistician said. New Zealand now has the fastest growth rate among industrialized nations and is approaching those enjoyed by many developing Asian economies, but with inflation of only 1.3%.
