Los Angeles-based Foothill Group Inc. increased its quarterly dividend to 6 cents from 5 cents on its Class A common stock, payable on Oct. 20 to shareholders of record on Sept. 20. . . . Chrysler Corp. said the suggested retail prices of its 1995 cars and trucks will be an average of 2% higher than prices of comparably equipped 1994 models. . . . Nissan Motor Corp. said prices for 1995 Nissan cars and trucks will be an average of 3.8% higher than prices on comparably equipped 1994 models. The average increase is $711 per vehicle. . . . Campbell Soup Co. said it will buy back as many as 7.5 million shares, or about 3% of its 251 million common shares outstanding. Shares will be bought from time to time on the open market. . . . Richmond, Va.-based Signet Banking Corp. plans to cut 1,000, or 17%, of its jobs by 1995 in an effort to slash a quarter of its expenses.
