First American Title Names Claims Prevention Official

Albert Rush has been appointed senior vice president in charge of claims prevention for First American Title Insurance Co. in Santa Ana. Rush, who joined First American in 1982, had been head of the home office legal department since 1992. Succeeding him in that position is Timothy P. Sullivan, who joined the company in 1992 as vice president and claims counsel. Before that, he was in private practice for 18 years, 11 of which were spent as First American’s outside counsel.

In addition, Clifford L. Morgan has been named senior vice president and senior underwriter. He has headed the home office underwriting department since late 1989.
