Orange County Home Sales
Sales of new and existing homes increased by more than 11% in July compared to the same month a year earlier. Out of the 3,076 single-family homes and condominiums that closed escrow last month, 83% were resale properties, and the rest were new homes. Last month’s figures mark the seventh consecutive monthly increase in home sales for 1994.
