Developing TV Projects Is Focus of Seminar

“NYPD Blue” creator David Milch, whose series received a record 26 Emmy nominations, will teach a three-hour Learning Annex seminar on “How to Develop & Sell an Idea to TV,” tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the Bel Age Hotel, 1020 N. San Vicente Blvd., West Hollywood.
