Aid officials trying to find relatives for orphans and displaced Rwandan refugee children are hoping a huge photo album will help.

Eastman Kodak Co. agreed Thursday to donate 600 rolls of film and process photographs of up to 10,000 orphans or children separated from their parents during the flight from Rwanda, a U.N. aid official said.

The U.N. Children’s Fund plans to compile the photos in a book that will be available to parents or relatives searching for their children.

“There are many children too young or too traumatized to give any information,” said Christian Clark, a UNICEF spokesman. “Photos may be the only way to reunite people.”
