CAMARILLO : Planners to Consider Low-Income Housing

Share

Thirteen townhouses for low-income residents could soon be built in the Barry Street area of Camarillo’s southwest end if the city’s Planning Commission approves the proposal tonight.

The housing complex, composed of two-story townhouses, would be situated near the corner of Barry Street and Glenn Drive. The complex is being proposed by the Cabrillo Economic Development Assn.

Matthew Boden, Camarillo’s director of Planning and Community Development, said his staff is recommending the project be approved by the commissioners.
