American Health Services Corp.: The Newport Beach operator of diagnostic imaging and radiosurgery treatment centers reported a profit of $57,085, or 1 cent a share, for the second quarter. That included a onetime gain of $305,985 from the restructuring of the company’s long-term debt. The latest results contrasted with a loss of $626,163, or 6 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Revenue was unchanged at $9.4 million. For the first half, the company posted a loss of $287,030, or 3 cents a share, compared to a loss of $1.2 million, or 13 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Six-month revenue declined 2% to $18.6 million from $19 million.
