HDL Communications: The company said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire Bikers Dream Inc., a Santa Ana company that sells accessories and parts for Harley Davidson Motorcycles.

HDL Communications, based in Costa Mesa, was previously in the publishing industry. Bikers Dream performs motorcycle repair and customizing services at its 12,000-square-foot storefront.

The companies, both privately held, said the proposal is subject to several undisclosed conditions.
