PDA Engineering Sale Completed

MacNeal-Schwendler Corp. in Los Angeles said Friday it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Costa Mesa-based PDA Engineering.

MacNeal-Schwendler issued interest-bearing convertible debentures for all shares of PDA Engineering.

The companies placed the value of the acquisition at $55 million.
