SAN LUIS OBISPO--The 12th annual Central Coast Wine Festival pays tribute to the area’s wines with tastings and a live auction in downtown’s Mission Plaza, noon-4 p.m. Sept. 3. SANTA BARBARA--Spend Labor Day weekend at the sixth annual Santa Barbara International Jazz Festival, Sept. 3-5 on West Beach at Stearn’s Wharf. Music starts at noon daily, concluding at 10 p.m. Saturday-Sunday and dusk on Monday. Artists include the Susie Hanson Band and saxophonist Sonya Jason. SAN DIEGO--A large and lively potpourri of music awaits at the 11th annual San Diego Street Scene, Sept. 9-10. Seventy-five acts will perform on 13 stages in 21 blocks of the downtown Gaslamp Quarter.
