Top Volunteer Nominees Sought
HUNTINGTON BEACH —
Nominations are being accepted for the Human Resources Board’s 1994 Humanitarian Award, to recognize a volunteer in the area of social services.
The volunteer must have significantly improved the quality of life for the community. The winner will be announced at the board’s annual Christmas luncheon.
Nominations are due Sept. 23 and are available at the Huntington Beach Community Services Department at the Civic Center, 2000 Main St., or by calling (714) 536-5486.
