Security Environmental Systems Elects 2 to Board of Directors

Jess Turner and Ellen L. Batzel have been elected to the board of directors of Security Environmental Systems Inc., a waste management, remediation and transportation services company in Huntington Beach. Batzel is president of the company, and Turner is a Texas businessman with experience in the investment banking industry. Until recently, he was chairman of NPR Inc., a telecommunications business of which he was also a founder. In addition, Feleke Teka joined the company as chief financial officer. Teka, an accountant who has been with the company’s various independent auditors for most of the past eight years, also served as its director of finance in 1991 and 1992.
