4 Sue S&L; Cleanup Agency: Four federal regulators sued the Resolution Trust Corp., alleging that the agency has retaliated against them for trying as employees to expose waste, fraud and abuse. The four are seeking protection under federal whistle-blower statutes and $2 million in damages. They are two lawyers from the Denver office, a Dallas-based lawyer and an asset manager in Valley Forge, Pa. Others are contemplating joining the suit, filed in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
