Delta Situation Needs a Better Approach

How much is an empty building worth? Is there a tenant with 900 jobs just waiting to move into scarce space?

At less than $1,000 per job, retaining the current rent would be a bargain for the economic well-being of Los Angeles (“Delta Workers Wonder Where They’ll Land,” Aug. 8).

No wonder other countries and states laugh at us and steal our economic base, when we approach decisions as described in your article.
